Planning for teams

When I had to lead teams with independent tasks, I used Team Planner which is part of Microsot Project, to plan tasks with the team. This tutorial shows how this can be done for any team although the example is an IT support team.

With Microsoft Project 2019 Team Planner, you can manage a team that works on independent tasks, or loosely coupled tasks. This will be illustrated by an IT support team and how they distribute their tasks. This tool is easy to understand and to use.
